With his new attention-grabbing project “Still In Charge,” BNXN, one of Nigeria’s leading Afro-fusion artists and songwriters, has once again captured the attention of fans and music lovers.
This six-track EP comes after the success of BNXN’s previous five-track collaborative EP “The Game Needs Us,” which he created with award-winning Nigerian record producer Sarz. The new release takes a different direction with a mix of solo songs and two collaborations, giving listeners a chance to hear BNXN across different sounds.
The project opens with “Eja Meja,” which features popular Nigerian Afrobeats singer Asake on track one. The song was released earlier on July 29, 2026, and was produced by talented Nigerian record producer Blaisebeatz. BNXN then moves into “Online” as the second track. The song was his latest release before the arrival of the full EP and was produced by skilled Nigerian record producer Telz.
At number three is “16,” followed by “Deliberate Work” on track four. Both songs give BNXN more room to carry the project with his own sound before the EP moves into another collaboration. “Shamaya,” which sits at number five, features fast-rising Nigerian artist and songwriter FOLA. The two artists have worked together before on “Very Soon,” a song that went on to top music charts and later appeared as the fifth track on BNXN’s sophomore project “CAPTAIN.” Their latest collaboration gives fans another chance to hear both artists on the same song.
BNXN rounds off the project with “If You Like,” which takes the sixth and final spot. The song brings the short but incredibly arranged EP to an end and gives listeners one more solo track from the talented singer.
