Barry Jhay, one of Nigeria’s highly talented singers, songwriters, and performers, has finally released his long-awaited project titled “Barrystar, Vol. 2.”
Following the success of his previous project “Barrystar Vol. 1,” which was released last year with eleven tracks and later expanded with a deluxe edition that increased the track count to twenty-one songs, Barry Jhay has returned with the second volume of the project titled “Barrystar, Vol. 2,” which contains seventeen delightfully pleasant songs.
Just like the first volume, “Barrystar, Vol. 2” features a select number of guest appearances. Barry Jhay teams up with Ehizay, a fast-rising and talented Nigerian singer-songwriter, on track four, “Uwese.” He also collaborates with Reekado Banks, the popular Nigerian singer-songwriter and former Mavin Records artist, on track eight, “Extasy.” Another appearance comes on track fifteen, “Congratulation,” where he joins forces with Blaqbonez, the well-known Nigerian rapper signed to Chocolate City Music.
Not only that, this fresh project is a beautifully crafted album that is sure to earn a place on the playlists of music lovers.
